These knock-out, durable foam shooting targets are a must-have for all levels of players who want to improve their shot accuracy. With their quick hook-and-loop attachments, the targets fit over the 4 corners and other areas of the goal frame, where goalies are less likely to make saves. A shot to the target knocks the foam out and rewards players by providing instant feedback when they hit their mark. The 12β targets then snap back in for the next round of shots. Built from durable foam, these targets give players the repetitive shooting drills and training they need to build the muscle memory behind precision shooting. They also help players visualize their shots, which is another key element to accurate passing and scoring. Each set comes in a 4-pack, features a lightweight design that fits most goals, and are built to hold up through hours of practice.
