ORDERING
The discount code can be entered at the checkout step, on the right side of the checkout page in the designated field. Type the discount code and press the Apply button, and the discount will be applied to the payment total of the order.
Please note that we accept only one discount per order. As well, discount codes cannot be used on already discounted product prices. If you have more than 2 products, from which one product has a standard price and another product is on Sale (discounted price), the discount will be applied only to the standard price product.
Once our warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. You may also set up an account on our site that will allow you to monitor your order status.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfillment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.
PAYMENTS
Please make sure to input the correct card payment details because they should match with your bank account details. Another reason might be having insufficient funds in your bank account. Please check if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment. DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order the same day if you place the order during weekdays from Sunday to Thursday before 3pm or next day if you place the order after 3pm. If you place the order during Weekend time (Friday and Saturday), the order will be processed on Sunday.
Please expect to receive your order 1 to 2 business days from the date your order was fulfilled and you received a notification with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.
Note: Our expected timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Sport Wadi, and under the courier’s control. Promotional campaigns may also impact order turnaround.
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us at info@sportwadi.com if you do not receive your order tracking number, and we will look into the situation.
Orders can only be processed online (through www.sportwadi.com) for deliveries within the UAE. If you wish to purchase an item and have it delivered outside the UAE please contact us on info@sportwadi.com with your product requirement and delivery address and we will do our best to process the order offline.

No, Sport Wadi doesn’t charge any additional taxes, the price that you see on the product page is the final price that you will pay for it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We value our customers and we understand that sometimes a product may not fit the expected needs that’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (unused and unopened in original packaging with all components and accessories included). For return instructions, please see the “How do I return an Item” section, or the Return policy page or you can contact our Customer Service at info@sportwadi.com.
Please note that in case of a return, the shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days so we can work with you to correct the issue.
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return and our assessment of the status of the returned product. If you have not received an email within two weeks of the date you shipped your return to us, please contact our Customer Service at info@sportwadi.com with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist you.
Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will email you instructions about how to pack and ship your item. Once we have received the package, we will process your refund within 7 business days and send you a notification to the email address you provided with your transaction. Expect the refund to be reflected on your credit card or bank account account up to 45 days after that point.

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
2. Cover your address label with the Sport Wadi address for returns (point 4.)
3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters or scheduling a Pick Up with the Courier (Aramex, Shipa)
4. Obtain proof of postage from the Post Office/Courier. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting and tracking number.
5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
6. Please return your item to the same address and add your order number.
Once we receive the product to our warehouse, we assess its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included) and then we will proceed with the refund or change of the product.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
All items purchased from our website honour the warranty policy provided by the manufacturer of the product. We will replace or repair your item if the defect is covered by the warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material.
Note that repair/replacements will not be processed under the warranty in the following cases:
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or customization.
- Esthetical changes that occur during normal use and tear and aging (minor scratches, alteration of the color).
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport.
- Units subjected to unauthorized repair.
- Units not used in accordance with product care instructions.
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
- If no purchase proof is available.
Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty.
