Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Currently, we deliver only within UAE. For GCC deliveries outside UAE please contact us directly.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on Shipa Delivery rates and the destination Emirate.

- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders above AED 200.
- All orders are fulfilled from Dubai and typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
Express Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)
We now offer Express Same-Day Delivery for customers located within Dubai.
- Available Monday to Friday.
- Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to qualify.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS IN THE UAE DELIVERIES MAY EXPERIENCE SOME DELAYS.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
SPORTWADI.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UAE.
